Quarter 3 saw continued growth within the Aeromet team, hiring 3 machinist and 1 millwright apprentices, 1 CNC machinist and 1 marketing intern. Over the next 4 years the machinist and millwright apprentices will be educated and trained to the high standards of the Valparaiso Area Apprenticeship Associate Council. For more than 4 decades this program has evolved into a detailed and well thought out training that encompasses schooling which includes 8000 hours of hands-on experience on-site. Our CNC Machinist will be trained to the same skillset level as our Journeymen.  In the administrative department our marketing intern will help with growing our social media presence and keep Aeromet moving forward with the ever-progressing trends of advertising and marketing.
